A big restriction in the 6.0L Power Stroke intake is the elbow. Elite chose to go with a new CFM+ Large Mouth intake elbow to handle the increased flow.

A Tial external wastegate is operated by a vacuum regulator.

A custom radiator overflow tank is used to make room for the intake plumbing.

With the cab off the truck, it becomes impressive how much plumbing is hiding under the hood. All of the silver coloring on the pipes is actually a high-temperature coating put on by Elite.

Two relays feed power to the new Aeromotive fuel pump that delivers fuel to the cylinder heads.

The Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator sits nicely between the alternator and the intercooler plumbing.

The Elite Stage 2 fuel system includes a larger pick-up tube, larger fuel lines, and replaces the stock pump with a larger Aeromotive pump. With all this additional flow, a larger Baldwin water/fuel separator is required.

The prototype truck used to develop the 6.0L compound setup is all about business-no fancy radios or gadgets here, just gauges for monitoring the engine and watching out for trouble. A second gauge pod is mounted above the rearview mirror to monitor boost and EGT.

Two monstrous 6-inch stacks are the only indications to this truck's power potential.
