The market for lifted trucks has grown by proportions that not many could have imagined a few years ago. New companies have joined the fray and often come out with innovative, cutting-edge products. No longer does the longevity of a company guarantee that they have the perfect products for what people want. Rize Industries is an aggressive, relatively new company in the off-road market, specializing in bolt-on suspension. Just because the company is new to the scene doesn't mean that the principals are inexperienced.
Together, the partners have more than 30 years of experience in the automotive fabrication and engineering fields having designed products for (and built) one-off customs, monster trucks, race cars, and motorcycles. Rumor has it they also have a background in designing lift kits for two of the biggest names in the off-road industry. So the freshness of the name Rize is not to be confused with inexperience. From what we've seen, Rize uses outside-the-box design and engineering tactics and state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques.
As a rolling demonstration of its engineering prowess, the crew at Rize built this Harley-Davidson-edition '05 Ford F-250 Super Duty with some pretty outrageous parts. The crew cab, longbed truck came with a Power Stroke diesel, Torqshift transmission, and all the doo-dads that come with a Harley truck. What Rize did was get that pickup in the air while solving the problem of excessive caster- and pinion-angle change throughout the suspension cycle that is inherent in the stock radius arm system.
