First, we located and removed the three-pin CAN plug, which is on the driver side of the engine (in front of the fuel filter housing), also known as a "false plug". Then we inserted the TS Performance CAN connector, which intercepts the signal sent from the ECM to the injection pump, allowing the module to re-map both the timing and fueling curves of the engine.
