On our way back to California, we stopped in Las vegas, nevada, to pick up a brand-new 40-foot-long toy hauler fifth wheel. Thanks to the additional bed-space provided by the conversion, we were able to hitch up the 18,000-pound behemoth without the help of a fancy slider-style fifth wheel hitch.
