The first step to installing the electric fans is to remove the stock shroud. There are clips along the top that need to be removed, the batteries need to be disconnected, and some coolant needs to be drained so the top hose can be taken off. The coolant-overflow tank and washer-fluid tank must also be taken off the shroud.
