2008 Ford F250 Super Duty - A Contractor's Dream Truck

A 12-inch Kelderman air ride suspension lift was fitted to the truck for a softer ride and the ability to level the truck when it's loaded with building materials.

The kit was upgraded with Bilsten 5150 shocks to control the air springs when towing and hauling off-road.

Pro Comp 40X13.50R20 Xtreme A/Ts are wrapped around 20x9.5-inch Pro Comp 6005 Xtreme Alloys wheels. The tires are rated for 4,675 pounds apiece, and provide enough traction for any job site. Without the center cap in place, the factory Ford hub (made by Warn) is prominently displayed.

Mounted on the front of the aluminum roof rack are four Warn 210 lights, a matching spare tire, and a wheel.

The bed of the truck was fitted with four air tanks to run power tools, air up tires, and handle the air suspension systems. A BedRug bed mat is used to protect delicate cargo like windows and doors, and could be removed when the truck is loaded with rough stuff.

The compressed air for the truck comes from a combination of Warn Air-Power SPI and VTC compressors mounted under the truck's bed. Plumbed in parallel, the two compressors run off two additional batteries mounted on either side of the compressors.

Even in its stock form, the 350hp 6.4L Power Stroke engine has more than enough available power to turn those 40-inch tires.

A Banks Monster exhaust was installed on the truck to improve fuel economy yet still work with the 6.4L's active regeneration cycle.
