The Superlift suspension kit uses a dropped pitman arm and optional steering stabilizer shocks to keep the Mega Cab traveling in a straight line. The rear suspension uses silver Bilstein shocks and chrome leaf spring lift blocks to raise the back of the truck by 4 inches.
