2004 Chevy Silverado Duramax - Worked Truck
Rolling stock consists of 285/60R18 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires wrapped around 18x9-inch chrome Helo Maxx 8 rims. For some strange reason (burnouts!- Ed.), the front tires seem to have significantly more tread than the rear ones.
Pitman arm and idler arm braces from Cognito Motorsports were added to keep the front tires straight when Tolf performs four-wheel drive launches.
Autometer Ultra-Lite gauges monitor fuel pressure, EGTs, and boost at all times. Tolf also added lights to notify him if the fuel pressure gets too low or the EGTs get too high.
An ATS Co-Pilot was wired in to boost line pressure inside the PPE Stage 5 Allison transmission and increase torque capacity.
A five-position switch for the EFI Live tuning was added to the dash next to the airbag control. This allows Tolf to switch between his various tunes with the turn of a knob.
When you make 700 horsepower, you don't have to worry about shedding weight in order to be fast. Newly rolls in style with an 800-watt Alpine amplifier and 12-inch Alpine subwoofer mounted under the rear seat.
