High-Flow DPF
ATS has made a breakthrough development in the new, emissions-strict diesel market with this high-flow diesel particulate filter. ATS claims its unit is a fully serviceable, performance-enhancing replacement for conventional DPF's, and is available for each of the Big Three's new diesels. According to ATS, reduced airflow due to a clogged DPF is no longer a problem, and its ModuLink System even allows diesel owners to dampen loud exhaust notes with an inline canister.

BD Diesel Performance's new Super Air Scoop for the 6.4L Power Stroke was on display with a ram-air style scoop and ducting. BD claims the unique air intake will improve fuel economy, lower EGTs, and increase turbo response in new Fords.

PPE Power For Boats
PPE made a big appearance at SEMA this year. Not only were there more Dual Fueler CP3-equipped Cummins and Duramax engines than we could count, but two PPE-powered boats equipped with 475hp Duramax engines were on display. A 21-foot Nordic and a 28-foot Domn8er both featured PPE's Xcelerator tuning, single GT 4094R water-cooled turbos, marine billet flywheels, and marine intercoolers. The Nordic was said to be capable of 80 mph, and the Domn8er was good for 75 mph.
