You're looking at the winner of Super Stock Diesel, which proves that flashy paint doesn't make it go. Shane Kellogg put a fiberglass body on his '97 Dodge before the event, moved some weight around, and changed his hitch. All this added up to a 334-foot pull, a solid 15 feet ahead of Second Place.

The big winner in the Street Stock class was Matthew Williams, who brought along his own very vocal cheering section from his hometown of Bagdad, Kentucky. After a 407-foot pull, it was determined that the sled had malfunctioned. Despite hooking again with a hot truck, Matthew still took the victory.
