Rod Tarr took his Cummins-powered Ford Power Strokeless to a 313.06-foot pull to take Second Place in the Pro Modified class. Rod started out drag racing gas-powered trucks before converting to diesel and getting into sled pulling.

Taking home the win in Super Street class was another 2007 Diesel Power Challenge competitor, Ric Scrimager from Indiana, with an amazing 353.01-foot pull.

Wesley Kusilek from Wisconsin took his 6.6L Duramax dualie to a 315.08-foot pull to win the Pro Modified class.

Ben Miller's Double Overtime took Second Place in the Super Modified class.

Chad Riley (near lane) and Bo Layne line up for the Top Diesel class drag racing finals. Riley took the win-light with his '30 roadster.

Eric Stacey, the 2007 champion, took Smoknya for a 298-foot ride, good enough for Third Place in his class.

Meacham Evins of Lebanon, Tennessee, was the runner-up in Pro Street class with his '02 Dodge Ram 2500.

Chris Calkins (far side) and Josh Schmidt paired up in the semifinals. Calkins moved on to the finals and won the Pro Street class.

Jeremy Lemming of Wolcott, Indiana, took runner-up in the E.T. Bracket class.

Buckeye resident Karl Mirester took the Quick Diesel class with his '01 Dodge Ram 2500 and an 11.98-second pass after Ron Stutz broke out with an 11.92-second run.

Steve Cuatt Jr. of Angola, Indiana, took his '08 Chevrolet 2500HD all the way to the semifinals, but fell shy of victory to Jeremy Lemmings' '02 Dodge Ram 2500.

Ron Stutz made the trip from Cabot, Pennsylvania, with his '04 Dodge Ram. He made it to the finals, but broke out by running quicker than his dial-in number.

Kevin Meredith showed up in TS Performance's Dodge Ram dualie tow rig and swept the competition in the E.T. Bracket class.

Chris Wilson took the sled 318.09 feet on Sunday to take Second in the Work Stock class with his Duramax.
