Does this look like a farm truck to you? Maybe it should. Dustin Meyers works on a farm and needed a truck that would get good mileage and be a reliable work truck even after it was heavily modified then hooked to a sled all weekend. Ever since he was a little kid, Dustin has been helping his dad work on diesel engines in the truck shop, and everything on the farm burns oil. So the choice was clear: Dustin picked up this '05 Dodge Ram 1-ton and has nearly erased all memories of a 6.5L GM diesel that required tons of work to make less power than his Cummins had from the factory. Now Dustin has built up his Dodge with headwork and custom injectors by Dave's Diesel. The Ram was rolling on chrome rims with Super Swamper tires, thanks to Roger Zeedyk, who lent out the rolling stock for the Diesel Power Challenge.
