5. College Farmer
Driver: Jake Henry
Hometown: Lebanon, Ohio
Jake Henry is a go-cart racer turned diesel addict who built this truck with his own hands. The farmer/college student got a lot of help from friends Bob and Steve Holmes, who taught Jake how to build engines. Along with help from the folks at Enterprise Engines, Jake was able to install a billet camshaft upgrade with lots of work on the head such as porting and polishing, adding dual valve springs and titanium retainers and keepers, and new pushrods. In addition to the technical support, Jake is proud to say his girlfriend, Whitney, has never missed one of his sled pull competitions. We told him to hold on to that one, and we'll bet we aren't the first ones to give him that advice.
